Longueuil is central for the near South Shore and well served by transit. The space is organized around its meeting rooms, each with its own name and purpose, from a small two-seat room up to a corporate room for eight.
That layout makes it a good gathering point. A distributed team that needs to meet twice a month finds the right room there without paying for a large space the rest of the time.
Who it suits: freelancers and small teams on the near South Shore, and hybrid companies looking for a meeting place rather than a permanent office.
Sainte-Julie reaches a catchment the other two don't cover: the Montérégie region, the eastern ring, and everyone for whom even Longueuil is already a detour.
It's our quietest space, with private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, a lounge area and an artist's mural that gives the place its character. For work that demands concentration, it's the best of the three.
Who it suits: entrepreneurs and freelancers in the eastern ring, and employees of Montreal companies looking for a satellite office close to home.

Plans start at $199 per month for a seat in the open area, $299 for a reserved dedicated desk available around the clock, and $399 for the dedicated desk with meeting room credits. Private offices are priced according to size and location.
