The essentials

Your own premises, without the constraints of a commercial lease

The corporate suite is the step after the private office: several closed rooms behind a single door, for a team that wants a place of its own while enjoying everything a coworking space offers. You have your space, your address, your habits; the common areas, the rooms and the reception are shared.

All of it under a short-term agreement, 24 months and up: more flexible than a commercial lease, with no building to manage. Some suites are already fitted out, others are not, and you can adjust them to your needs. Our eleven suites are in Brossard, at Quartier DIX30, our largest location.

Who it is for

Four situations where a corporate suite makes sense

A team that has outgrown the private office

You are fifteen people or more. Several adjoining offices are no longer enough; you need a real space of your own, with its door and its rooms.

A company that does not want a commercial lease

You need premises, but not a five- or ten-year lease, a full fit-out to finance or a building to manage. The suite comes under an agreement of 24 months and up.

A regional office to open

You are placing a team on Montreal’s South Shore. The suite gives you premises ready the same day, with the corporate address and the reception.

A team that wants to stay in coworking

You value the community, the coffee, the events and the rooms, but the team needs privacy. The suite gives you both.

Frequently asked questions

The corporate suite, in practice

13 - Accordion

Size and privacy. A private office is one room; a suite is a set of rooms behind a single door, laid out for a whole team, with its own workstations, a meeting room depending on the suite, and the corporate address included.

The suite is meant for teams of about fifteen people and up. Below that, several adjoining private offices usually do the job. Tell us how many you are and we will propose a setup.

The corporate suite comes under a short-term agreement, 24 months and up. It is more flexible than a typical five- or ten-year commercial lease, with no building to manage and no full fit-out to finance, while giving your team the stability of a space reserved for it.

In Brossard, at Quartier DIX30, our largest location, over two floors. At the other locations, a team takes several private offices side by side.

Yes. The suite membership includes access to the common areas of all eight spaces in the network. Your team works in Brossard and sets up in Longueuil, Old Montreal or Quebec City when the day takes them there.

Yes, as booking credits every month, on top of the meeting space some suites already include.

Some suites are already fitted out, others are not. Either way, you can make any adjustments you want to meet your team’s needs. Depending on the scope, that work may involve additional costs; talk to us before signing.

We add an adjoining office or offer you a larger suite when one frees up. The short agreement lets you adjust as the team moves.
