Thirty-seven meeting rooms across the network, each with a screen, bookable by the hour. Training rooms for twenty to forty people, by the half-day or the day. And event spaces in almost all of our locations, for a launch, a cocktail reception, a conference or a workshop.

No membership needed: you book the room, enjoy the common areas, wifi and coffee during your booking, and go on your way. Members get a preferred rate, and several plans include credits.

How much it costs

Meeting rooms are paid in credits: one credit is worth one dollar, and a room costs ten credits per seat of capacity, per hour. Training and event rooms are booked on request, depending on the date and the number of people.

The meeting room

Four to fourteen people, by the hour. A screen in every room, a whiteboard in several. For a client meeting, an interview, a committee or a team check-in.

The training room

Twenty to forty seats, by the half-day or the day. For a training session, a workshop or a team day: tell us the city, the date and the number of participants.

The event space

For a launch, a cocktail reception, a conference or a workshop. Spacious, equipped, in a professional or relaxed atmosphere, in almost all of our locations.

Do I need to be a member to book a room?

No. Rooms can be booked without a membership. Members enjoy a preferred rate, and several plans include credits every month.

How do credits work?

One credit is worth one dollar. A meeting room costs ten credits per seat of capacity, per hour: a four-person room comes to forty credits an hour. Credit banks are paid in advance with a 10 to 35% discount depending on their size.

How many people fit in a meeting room?

Four to fourteen, depending on the room and the location. Beyond that, you move up to the training room.

Where are the training rooms?

It depends on the location and the period. Tell us the city, the date and the number of participants: we’ll suggest the right room, from twenty to forty seats, by the half-day or the day.

How do I book an event space?

Through the form, indicating the location, the date you have in mind and the expected headcount. A member of the team gets back to you with availability and pricing, and helps you plan.

What does the booking include?

The room and its equipment, wifi, coffee and access to the common areas for the whole booking. Equipment varies from one room to another: check what is included when you book, and bring your own whiteboard markers and an HDMI cable.

What is the file-opening fee for?

A one-time $85 fee applies to anyone who wants an access card to our spaces, to come in outside reception hours.

Can I book in more than one location?

Yes. Your credits work in all eight locations of the network: a meeting in Longueuil on Monday, another in Quebec City on Thursday, from the same bank.
