A word from the founder

Because no one should build a business alone

Entrepreneurship is an exciting adventure, but a demanding one. The Hedhofis Academy was created to give entrepreneurs a place to learn, share and grow, so they can move forward faster and with more confidence.

We bring together trainers, mentors and experienced entrepreneurs who share their knowledge, their tools and their real-world experience. The goal is simple: practical learning you can apply directly in your business. Strategy, marketing, sales, management, leadership, productivity: the training sessions are led by experts from the field and draw on real entrepreneurial journeys.

The Academy goes beyond training. It creates a space for exchange where entrepreneurs ask their questions, share their challenges and benefit from different perspectives. Through mentoring and meetings between members, you learn faster, avoid certain mistakes and discover new opportunities. Whether you are just starting out or already growing, the Academy is a place to learn, connect and progress.

Our mentors

A guide who has already walked the path

Business mentoring is for entrepreneurs who want to be accompanied by an experienced entrepreneur. The mentor acts as a guide: they share what they have lived, ask the right questions and help you step back from the challenges, decisions and ambitions of the entrepreneurial journey. They don’t hand out ready-made solutions; they support your thinking and your growth as a leader.
