Three ways to set up a hybrid team
You can combine them: a home base for the team, shared spaces, and locations close to your employees.
Spaces shared in rotation
Your employees share desks or an office based on the days they come in. You pay for the spaces used at the same time, not for every person on the payroll.
A home base for the team
A lockable private office, or several adjoining offices. From about fifteen people, a corporate suite in Brossard, under an agreement of 24 months or more.
Employees in several cities
Eight locations in Montreal, on the South Shore, in Quebec City and in Trois-Rivières. Everyone works close to home, and the team meets in a room when needed.

Can we get everything on one invoice?
Yes. All your employees, all your plans and all the locations you use are grouped on a single monthly invoice.
Can our employees share spaces?
Yes, desks as well as offices. Six people who each come in two days a week can share three desks or one office. Your leasing director helps you find the right number of spaces.
How many spaces should we plan for?
Count the people present at the same time on your busiest days, not your total headcount. If the whole team meets once a week, a meeting room booked that day may be enough.
Our employees are not all in the same city.
Hedhofis has eight locations: Angus, Royalmount and Old Montreal in Montreal, Brossard, Longueuil and Sainte-Julie on the South Shore, plus Quebec City and Trois-Rivières. Access to all eight locations is included with some plans and optional with others.
Do we need to sign a lease?
No, there is no commercial lease. The 12-month commitment gives a better rate without being mandatory; month to month is possible at a slightly higher price. The corporate suite comes with an agreement of 24 months or more.
Can we try before committing?
Yes. The trial day is free, at the location of your choice. You can also book a tour with a leasing director.
