Depuis 2017, avec un premier espace de coworking à Longueuil. Le réseau compte aujourd’hui huit succursales au Québec.

Une entreprise québécoise fondée par Frédéric Deshaies, et une équipe qui couvre la location, le marketing, le développement immobilier, les finances et l’expérience client, avec un directeur de location pour vous accompagner dans chaque région.

Des postes dédiés, des bureaux privés, des suites corporatives, une adresse corporative, des salles de rencontre, de formation et d’événement, et deux studios de podcast. Le détail est sur la page des forfaits.

Non. Les forfaits se prennent au mois ; seule la suite corporative se prend par entente de 24 mois et plus.

Oui. L’accès aux huit succursales est compris dans plusieurs forfaits et peut être ajouté en option sur les autres.

L’équipe est sur place de 9 h à 17 h, du lundi au vendredi, dans les huit succursales. Avec une carte d’accès, les membres entrent aussi en dehors de ces heures.

Oui. Le site, les contrats et les communications existent en français et en anglais, et l’équipe vous répond dans les deux langues.
