The essentials

The right space for the way you work

At Hedhofis, you choose the space that fits the way you work, not the other way around. Alone, with two people or fifteen, every day or once a month. Plans are month-to-month, with no one-year lease; only the corporate suite comes with an agreement of 24 months or more.

Access to all eight locations of the network is included in several plans and can be added as an option on the others. And to try before you choose: a free trial day, no commitment.

Choosing your space, in practice

13 - Accordion

Start from your situation. On your own: a dedicated desk, or a business address if you don’t need a desk. Two to fifteen people: a private office. Fifteen and up: a corporate suite. Now and then: a room by the hour or the podcast studio. And if you’re unsure, come spend a free trial day.

No. The dedicated desk, the private office and the business address are month-to-month. Only the corporate suite comes with a short-term agreement of 24 months or more.

Yes. Since plans are month-to-month, you can move from a dedicated desk to a private office, or from one office to several neighbouring ones, depending on availability at your location. Talk to your leasing director.

It is included in several plans and can be added as an option on the others. The details are on each plan’s page.

Yes. Meeting, training and event rooms can be booked without a membership, with credits: one credit is worth one dollar, and a room costs ten credits per seat of capacity, per hour. Members get a preferred rate.

A day of work in the location of your choice, no commitment, to see the space, the coffee and the atmosphere before choosing a plan. Book it through the form or the button at the top of the page.

Yes, at every location, with a bike rack. In Brossard, parking is underground and free. The Longueuil and Old Montreal locations are also right on the metro.

Through the form on this page, indicating the location you’re interested in. A leasing director gets back to you with availability and shows you around, Monday to Friday.

Access to all eight locations in the network is included with some plans and available as an option with others. You work here most of the time, then settle in Longueuil, Old Montreal or Quebec City when your day takes you there.
