Although the majority of our locations offer free parking, in some locations there is a parking fee. Who is the security deposit for?
The security deposit in a coworking is used to cover possible damage to the facilities, guarantee compliance with the conditions of the contract and ensure payment of unpaid fees. It protects the operator from financial losses and encourages members to maintain the space in good condition.
Can I share my subscription with someone else?
At Hedhofis we authorize subscription sharing, allowing several users on the same subscription, in exchange for a small additional fee for each additional user. It is recommended to check directly with your rental manager.
How do I reserve a meeting room or event space?
Members can book meeting rooms and event spaces through our dedicated app. Reservations are simple and can be made in just a few clicks.
Are the credits cumulative?
In the majority of our packages, the credits are not cumulative. However, we invite you to discuss this with your rental manager because we have several options depending on your needs.

Mail management at Hedhofis involves receiving, sorting and distributing members' mail. Depending on your plan, we even offer the possibility of redirecting your mail to the address of your choice.
