The essentials

An office of your own, in a space that already runs

A private office is your own door that locks, inside a space where the reception, the coffee, the internet and the meeting rooms already exist. You show up with your laptop; the rest is there.

Furnished, with 24-hour access for members. The size adjusts to your team: one office, several adjoining offices, or a corporate suite when you need more room. No lease to sign, no fit-out to pay for, no furniture to buy. The 12-month commitment is optional and gets you a better rate.

Who it is for

Four situations where a private office makes sense

A team that wants its own room

You have outgrown the open area and you are not ready to sign a lease. A private office gives you a closed room without tying up capital, and we reserve more than one if the team needs it.

Work that requires confidentiality

Lawyers, accountants, advisors, health professionals: a door that locks and calls that cannot be overheard next door.

A company coming back from remote work

You bring the team in a few days a week without taking a whole floor again. A private office is rented by the month and can change size.

A project with an end date

A job site, a mandate of a few months, a team passing through the region. You keep the office as long as you need it and leave with 60 days’ notice.

Frequently asked questions

The private office, in practice

13 - Accordion

Yes, with a desk and a chair. You show up with your laptop. If you prefer your own furniture, tell us before signing.

As many as you are. We pick the office based on the size of your team, we can reserve more than one side by side, and the corporate suite takes over when you need more room. Tell us how many you are and we will propose a setup.

No. The membership is monthly, with 60 to 90 days’ notice to cancel depending on the plan. That is the main difference from renting an office the traditional way. A 12-month commitment is available with no obligation: it gets you a better rate.

It depends on the plan. Several of our plans include access to all eight spaces in the network. On the others, that access is an add-on for an extra fee. Your office stays at your location and you work elsewhere when your day takes you there. Ask us what applies to the plan you have in mind.

Yes. Members have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The reception desk is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Rooms are booked by the hour. The Professional plan includes 160 room credits a month; the other plans give access at a member rate or through a credit bank.

Yes, and it is free. We offer a trial day at the location of your choice. Book a visit and come work for a day before you decide.

You move to a larger office, or we add one next door, at the same location when possible. That is one of the points of going monthly: you adjust the size as the team moves.
