A coworking membership is month to month, with everything in one price: the desk or office, high-speed Internet, furniture, kitchen, coffee and cleaning. You adjust the size as your team changes, without renegotiating a lease.

Four ways to settle in, depending on your situation. On your own: a dedicated desk, or a corporate address if you don’t need a desk. Two to fifteen people: a private office. Fifteen and up: a corporate suite. Now and then: a room by the hour or the podcast studio. Details are on the plans page.

The dedicated desk starts at $199 per month (Discovery), then $299 (Essential) and $399 (Professional). The corporate address runs from $79 to $99 per month depending on the location. For private offices and corporate suites, the price depends on the size and the location: write to us and we’ll send you a detailed price list the same day.

High-speed Internet, furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and coffee, common areas, cleaning, access to the community and to events. Depending on the plan, you also get a corporate address, room credits every month and access to all eight locations.

Few. A one-time $85 file-opening fee applies for the access card. Parking is free at most locations and paid at a few downtown addresses. A dedicated Internet line or a specific technical need may carry a fee: we give you the full list before you sign.

Yes. We reserve desks side by side, several neighbouring private offices, or a corporate suite in Brossard for teams of fifteen or more. Tell us how many you are and in which city: we’ll propose the configuration.

Yes. Since plans are month to month, you move from a dedicated desk to a private office, or from one office to several neighbouring ones, depending on availability at the location. Talk to your leasing manager.

Reception is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. With an access card, members get in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the Essential plan up.

Yes. Access to all eight locations is included in several plans and can be added as an option on the others, for $100 per month on the dedicated desk. Your desk stays at your home location and you settle in elsewhere when your day takes you there.

Yes, at every location, with bike racks. In Brossard, parking is underground and free. Longueuil is on the Longueuil metro, Old Montreal near Square-Victoria metro, Brossard close to the REM and Royalmount near De la Savane metro.

Your mail is received at the location’s reception, sorted and kept for you; you pick it up whenever you like. Depending on the plan, we can also forward it to the address of your choice, for $50 per month.

Yes, that’s the corporate address: the location’s address becomes your company’s address at the Registraire des entreprises, on your contracts, your invoices and your Google listing. It’s included from the dedicated desk’s Essential plan up, or on its own from $79 per month.

Yes. Several people can use the same membership, for a small fee per additional user. Check the conditions with your leasing manager.

Every location offers a high-speed connection included in the membership, over wifi and wired depending on the desk. If you need a dedicated line or a specific setup, we put it in place, with a fee depending on the need.

No. Meeting, training and event rooms can be booked without a membership. Members get a preferred rate, and several plans include credits every month.

One credit is worth one dollar. A meeting room costs ten credits per seat of capacity, per hour: a four-person room comes to forty credits an hour. Credit banks are paid in advance with a 10 to 35% discount depending on the size.

Members book in a few clicks in the Hedhofis app. Without a membership, use the form, indicating the location, the date and the number of people; a team member confirms availability and price.

In most plans, no: the month’s credits are used within the month. Credit banks bought in advance, on the other hand, stay available. Talk to your leasing manager; there are several options depending on your needs.

Yes. Your credits work at all eight locations in the network: a meeting in Longueuil on Monday, another in Quebec City on Thursday, from the same bank.

The room with its screen, wifi, coffee and access to the common areas for the whole booking. Equipment varies from room to room: check what’s included when you book, and bring your whiteboard markers and an HDMI cable.

Four to fourteen in a meeting room, depending on the room and the location. Beyond that, we move to a training room, twenty to forty seats, by the half day or the day.

No. The dedicated desk, the private office and the corporate address are month to month. Only the corporate suite is taken on a short-term agreement of 24 months or more.

A notice of 60 to 90 days depending on the plan. A company’s needs change; we adapt.

It covers any damage to the facilities, guarantees that the terms of the agreement are respected and that outstanding fees are paid. It’s returned to you at the end of the membership, once the space is handed back in good condition.

Your choice for the corporate address: the yearly option is paid at once and gives a 10% discount. The other plans are month to month. If you know you’re staying a long time, tell us: we’ll look at what’s possible.

You change offices, we add a neighbouring one, or you go back to a dedicated desk, at the same location whenever possible. That’s one of the advantages of month to month: you adjust as the team changes.

Yes, and we encourage it. Book a visit through the form, indicating the location you’re interested in. A leasing manager shows you around, Monday to Friday.
