Questions before your tour

Does the tour commit me to anything?

No. The tour is free, with no commitment. You leave with the prices and terms, and decide afterwards.

How long does a tour take?

It depends on the space and your questions: plan for 15 minutes to an hour. We take the time needed to answer all your questions.

Can I try before committing?

Yes. The trial day is free, at the location of your choice, during opening hours. Tick the box in the form or ask for it during the tour.

Are there fees on top of the listed price?

Prices are per month, before taxes. A one-time $85 file-opening fee applies. Internet, coffee, cleaning and furniture are included.

Do I have to sign a lease?

No, there is no commercial lease. For a private office, a 12-month commitment gets the best rate; month-to-month is available at a slightly higher price. Notice is 60 days.

Can I change office or plan later?

Yes. If your team grows or shrinks, you change office without moving out. Your leasing manager adjusts the plan with you.

Where can I park?

In Brossard, underground parking is free. Longueuil, Quebec City, Royalmount, Sainte-Julie and Trois-Rivières have on-site parking. In Old Montreal and at Angus, parking is nearby.
