The essentials

Your spot is held, even when you are not there

A dedicated desk is an assigned workstation in the open area: the same one every day, yours alone. You leave your monitor, your keyboard, your files and your personal things there. Nobody else sits at it.

You have access at any time, seven days a week, and you use the common areas, the coffee and the meeting rooms like every member. The membership is monthly: no one-year lease to sign, no furniture to buy. It is the format between dropping in for the day and a closed office.

Who it is for

Four situations where a dedicated desk makes sense

A freelancer who wants a base

You do not need a closed room, but you want a spot of your own, with your monitor plugged in and your files at hand. A dedicated desk costs a fraction of a private office.

A small team getting started

Two, three, four desks side by side in the open area, with no one-year commitment. When the team grows, you move to a closed office at the same location.

A remote worker who wants out of the house

The kitchen table has had its day. You want a real desk, people around you, and the ability to leave your gear on site at night.

An advisor who travels a lot

Your desk waits for you between mandates, and network access lets you work from another location when your day takes you there.

The dedicated desk, in practice

Yes. The desk is assigned to you: nobody else sits at it, even when you are away. That is what sets it apart from the Discovery plan, where seats are first come, first served.

Yes. Monitor, keyboard, documents, personal things: you leave your setup in place and find it again the next day.

No. The membership is monthly, with 60 to 90 days’ notice to cancel depending on the plan.

It depends on the plan. Several of our plans include access to all eight spaces in the network; on the others, that access is $100 a month. Your desk stays at your location and you work elsewhere when your day takes you there.

Yes, from the Essential plan on: access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The reception desk is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Rooms are booked by the hour. The Professional plan includes 360 booking credits a month; the other plans give access at a member rate.

Yes, and it is free. We offer a trial day at the location of your choice: a desk, the common areas and the coffee, with no commitment.

We add desks side by side as long as there is room, then move you to a closed office at the same location. That is one of the points of going monthly: you adjust as the team moves.
