Frequently asked questions

How do credits work?

One credit is worth $1. You use them to book a meeting room, a training room or a coworking day. For example, 1,000 credits get you about 25 hours in a 4-person room, or 16 coworking days.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits bought during the promo do not expire.

I’m already a member. Do I qualify?

Yes. Current members and clients get the same pricing. The credits are added to your account.

Which locations can I use them in?

All 8: Brossard (Quartier DIX30), Longueuil, Sainte-Julie, Old Montreal, Technopôle Angus, Royalmount, Quebec City and Trois-Rivières.

What’s provided in the rooms?

Every room has a screen. Videoconferencing is not included, there is no on-site reception, and several rooms (not all) have a whiteboard. Bring your whiteboard markers and an HDMI cable, and check what the room includes when you book.

How does payment work?

You pay nothing on this page. Mathis Deshaies sends you an invoice and a payment link. Prices are before taxes. For new clients, an $85 account opening fee is added to the invoice. Your credits are added as soon as payment is received.

What about after Black Friday?

The offer ends with the promo. After that, credit banks go back to regular pricing, no exceptions.
