Frequently asked questions

Are the prices shown final?

They are the prices in our inventory, per month and before taxes, with a 12-month commitment. Month-to-month is available for a small premium. Your leasing manager confirms the price and availability at the tour.

What comes with a private office?

A closed, lockable space with 24/7 access, furnished with a desk and a chair per seat, plus internet, coffee and the common areas. A corporate address and access to all eight locations are included, as well as 200 meeting room credits per person per month.

What is the difference between the dedicated desks?

The Discovery desk ($199 per month) gives you an unassigned desk in the open area of one location, Monday to Friday during opening hours. The Essential ($299) assigns you a desk with 24/7 access and a corporate address. The Professional ($399) adds 360 meeting room credits per month.

How do I book a meeting room?

Rooms are booked and paid online, by the hour, in our public calendar. You choose the location, the room, the date and the duration. Every room has a screen; bring an HDMI cable and your own whiteboard markers.

Is the inventory up to date?

It is read from our management system every 15 minutes. A space may have been taken between two readings, which is why we always confirm availability at the tour.

Can’t find the right setup?
