Your client signs
Private office or corporate suite, for the term that suits them. They move into a furnished space, ready to use.
You earn your commission
5% of the rent for years 1 and 2, then 2.5% for years 3 to 5, based on the term of the agreement.

Frequently asked questions
How is my commission calculated?
You receive 5% of the rent for years 1 and 2 of the agreement, then 2.5% of the rent for years 3, 4 and 5. The commission follows the term of the agreement your client signs and is calculated on the rent before taxes.
What is the minimum term for your client?
For a private office, the 12-month commitment is not mandatory: it gives a better rate, and month-to-month is possible at a slight supplement. Notice is 60 days. Corporate suites are leased under agreements of 24 months or more.
Does my client need to fit out or furnish the space?
No. The private office is furnished and ready to use, with internet, coffee, meeting rooms and 24/7 access. Corporate suites can be adjusted to the team’s needs.
Where are your spaces?
Eight locations: Angus and Royalmount in Montreal, Old Montreal, Brossard, Longueuil, Sainte-Julie, Quebec City and Trois-Rivières. The eleven corporate suites are in Brossard, in the Quartier DIX30.
Will my client have access to the other locations?
Network access is included with some plans and offered as an option with others. Tuan will tell you what applies to the chosen space.
